Housing Assy

Put the housing on a flat spot with the open end up. Take the bearing and put it down in the housing bore until it is evenly flush with the housing. Don’t try to beat it in, that will damage both parts. Put the housing on its side and put the roll pin thru the hole in the control cover pad. The roll pin needs to be put in 3/8″ below the pad surface. Next put in two dowel pins in the blind holes in the pad. Do this on the other side as well. Put orings and plug in the bottom of the housing. Roll pins are in the bottom half of the housing.

Put the face plate pins in the holes that are in the barrel face. Add some grease to the top of the surface of the barrel and put the face plate over the pins. The face plate needs to be seated on the barrel face and pins with the steel side on the barrel side. Put gaskets over the sleeves n the mounting flange. Next goes the housing over the auxiliary shaft assy. Put the override tubes and pressure feed tubes going thru the housing assy. Place the pressure feed tubes in the slots in the housing face.
