Shuttle Valve Assy

Put the valve assy up in such a way that the oring groove is facing up. Make sure the seat is in the .5″ deep bore so that it is even with housing top. Put in the spool into the bore, then grease the parts. Put the spring centering washer over all of the ends of the spool, sockets or washers. Grease the orings and put them into the plugs and the plugs over the springs and into the body. The spool goes into the bore right up to the seat. Put he spring in the spool. Grease oring and put in groove of the plug on the inside of drained shuttle. Then the plug goes over the spring and tighten it up. The seal goes next in the counter bore in the center of shuttle valve. Put in two seals in the counter bore with a good amount of lubrication. Lastly, the shuttle valve on the port block pad and put about 20ft. lbs of torque to tighten it down.
