Denison Series P46P Model E Piston Pump – Port Plate Position

Put together the plug and oring into the housing.  Apply pressure to put together the bearing and outer race of the assembly into the housing, keeping a amply amount of pressure (don’t use a hammer) til the outer race shoulders.

Then put in the dowel pin into the port block and put in the oring around the pilot of the port block.

Lay the housing on the port block and make sure the bolt holes line up. And just a word of caution, make sure the holes for the check valves line up.  Now put the port plate on the housing and onto the face of the port block and put in the dowel pin.
