You will need to put the port block block (1) on a dirt free surface with the two unit ports facing one another. And make sure there is no damage to the face. Put the needle bearings (2) on with the marked end of the bearing against the shoulder of the tool. Pressing the bearing into the port block and it needs to be .10-.25 degrees below the surface.
Compress the ring checks (3) and put it in the two unit ports and make sure the holes are lined up in the rings with the port walls.
Now put the lockwashers (5) on screws (4) and put in screws thru the port wall and ring checks and thread into clamps (6). The two check valves assy (7) go in the valve face of the port block. Put in six hex socket plugs (8) and orings (11) into the port block. Then put in hex plug (12) and orings (13) into port block.
