Sundstrand Sauer Danfoss Series 90 – Side Cover Change

In this section they will be dealing with Service Bulletin SB – 1995 – 025
changing the side cover and swashplate leveler guide post.
The new way is that the side cover has two hardshell inserts in the machined slot, which gives aid to guide the swashplate leveler and modified guide post. The swashplate leveler doesn’t change.
Old guide posts will still be available for service requirements of pumps that have the old side cover.
But the old style side cover will be obsolete for service parts. A kit has been developed for replacing the old side cover. The has new side cover, guide posts and inserts. Piece parts are not interchangeable.
