CSI Pumps that use Dry Valves

The usage for these types of valves are when remote control equipment that uses on and off hydraulic systems that are running by their main engine. They don’t have high dollar clutch assemblies. It lowers pump horsepower when it is in not in non work mode at speeds to 2400 rpm. And it offers full pump displacements ranging up to 90 gpm in work mode.

This valve uses 80 PSI of pneumatic pressure. The pilot signal goes directly to the vehicles air system. It also has another air cylinder that will actuate other dry valve units, but it not mandatory.  On these pumps all the fluid is used for the pump, where some use it for lubrication of the pump.
