Sundstrand Sauer Danfoss Series 90 – Pump Twin Port End cap

The diagram with the chart explains many things about the change to the endcap ports.

It talks about the pressure limiter, pump rotation, pipe plugs in holes, servo relief valves for automatic control, o ring plugs in holes and open holes for the different models.

Torque the servo relief valves or relief valve passage plugs to 9 ft. lbst

Torque the rotation pump plugs to 4 ft lbst

When replacing the rotation block and gasket, torque the screws to 12 ft. lbst.
