The internal drain
Put the valve assy (20) in a side to side position with the oring groove up.
Push seat(11) in teh .500″ dia. bore until it is mounted even with the body surface.
Put in the spool (5) in the body bore.
Put the spring in centering washer (4) over each end of spool.
Make sure to lubricate the orings (2) and put it in over the plugs (1). Place the plugs over springs and into body.
Put the spool (10) in the bore against the seal (11).
Make sure to grease the oring (8) and put it in the groove of the plug (7) on the internally drained shuttle.
Install the seal (7) over the spring (9) and tighten it down.
Place the seal (17) in the counterbore in teh center of the shuttle valve assy. Use a large amount of grease to hold the seals down in the counterbore.
Put the shuttle valve assy on the port block pad and screw it in with torque screws (19) to 20ftlb pressure.
