Rexroth Centerline Mounting

The three mounting that you see on the diagram are better for helping your cylinder mounting not to sag on the power extension stroke. The hard lined machine frame members have to be present to prevent misalignment under loads. The path of the rod end needs to be linear and be led thru if possible. Long support extension of the rod end needs to be avoided. Also, long stroke cylinders that have fixed end mounts will need a little more support at the free end of the cylinder body.
