Hydraulic or Pneumatic Tracking Controller

This device was born to give a much simpler way of signaling and a more constant signal to a motion control that doesn’t require a course in programming to operate it. It is a closed loop control that only needs an input signal to track. You can make it a more programmable logic controller using an analog output or much more basic as a potentiometer. This controller receives an input signal to either accelerate or de-accelerate for starts and stops. It can give cylinder position feedback to your system as a voltage current.

It controls velocity, acceleration, de-acceleration, mid stroke holding and position control
The hoist control has a closed loop position for feedback for providing offloading

Gives a 5 smsec warning of errors
Allows you to make software changes when need be
And has a rugged housing to prevent damage from the outside
