Denison Hydraulic Variable Volume Pumps Series 600, 700 & 800 Cylinder Controls

The variable volume pumps sustain oil delivery rates of 35 gpm for 5000 PSI.
The cylinder which is stabilized on a pad on top of the housing makes sure the pump hanger or yoke moves to to it’s lowest and highest delivery positions. If changes are made in the position of the hanger it will regulate the length of the piston stroke and in the end controlling the volume of the pump’s delivery.
A minimum delivery stop button is on a pad on the bottom of the housing and a screw that regulates maximum delivery.
The 600 series operates at 1200 rpm or 1800 rpm. The bigger series 700 * 800 operate at 1200 rpm.
Most of the times on these pumps clockwise is standard, you can have counter clockwise if requested when you order it from the factory.
