Sundstrand Sauer Danfoss Series 15 Charge Relief Valve

Here are the procedures for replacing the valve.
Take out the plug (23) then skim the spring (26) and poppet (27) out of the housing. Don’t do anything to the shims (25) or swap any parts with any other valve.
Look over the poppet and seat in the housing for any nicks,burrs or marks on the valve. Also, look for any contamination. If there is, clean your part.
After you done all that.. replace parts as needed and put back into the bore housing.
